Secure STM administrator cited for excellent customer service

One of the nation’s best short term medical insurance administrators SASid was cited in a new book called “Results That Last”. The book shows business managers how to build excellence into their organization, specifically focusing on how a manager can ensure that a business provides consistently great customer service experience for its clients.
